What We Offer
Holmann Suiterooms is a small B&B in the heart of Olbia’s historic center, on Via La Marmora—a quiet street less than a five-minute walk from the train station and 100 meters from Piazza Matteotti and Piazza Regina Margherita.
Three double rooms on the ground floor and a suite in the attic, each with a private bathroom and all the comforts. A cozy, personally managed property where attention to detail makes the difference.

Four independent accommodations—three superior double rooms and a loft suite—all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and free WiFi. A carefully prepared breakfast is served in the internal courtyard. And Gabriel is always available for any need.
The location is one of the property’s strong points: in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and events, just 4 km from Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport, with an airport shuttle available on request.
