- provide information about Holmann Stay and its accommodation facilities (Holmann Suiterooms and Holmann Haus);
- allow users to request information or make direct bookings through the integrated online booking system;
- present informational content related to tourism in Olbia and Sardinia.
Relationship with third-party platforms
Bookings can be made both through this website and through external platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb and similar). In the case of bookings made through such platforms, the relevant terms and conditions established by that platform apply. This website is not responsible for any malfunctions, cancellations or disputes arising from the use of external booking systems.
Stay and booking conditions
Bookings made through the website are managed via the Wubook platform. Specific cancellation, payment and deposit conditions are indicated at the time of booking and vary according to the selected rate.
For direct enquiries via email or contact form:
- the stay is confirmed only after written confirmation from the owner and, where applicable, payment of a deposit;
- in the event of cancellation within the agreed terms, the deposit may be refunded; beyond those terms it may be retained as a penalty.
The guest undertakes to use the accommodation correctly and respectfully, in full compliance with the house rules provided at check-in.
Prices and rates
All prices shown on the site are subject to change based on season, availability and current offers. Final rates are those indicated at the time of booking through the Wubook system or the relevant platforms.
Liability and limitations
Holmann Stay endeavours to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date. However, it accepts no responsibility for:
- any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the content;
- service interruptions or technical malfunctions of the site;
- improper use of information by third parties.
